Die Scheibe pr\u00e4sentiert eine ganze Reihe bekannter Western-Themen sowie Pers\u00f6nlichkeiten aus dem Genre \u2013 insofern genau das, was der Titel Tales Of The Wasteland verspricht. Musikalisch geben The Morricones aber wesentlich mehr her, als nur bekannte Motive herauszukramen. Gerade die unterschiedlichen Einfl\u00fcsse geben dem Album Pepp und f\u00fchren dazu, dass das H\u00f6ren kurzweilig bleibt. Mit teilweise altbekannten Motiven kreieren sie etwas Neues und versetzen den Western durch eigene Riffs in die heutige Zeit. Sch\u00f6ne Harmonien, gew\u00fcrzt mit Melancholie und einer Prise Ironie sind immer wieder Ausgangspunkte und fesseln das Publikum auf beeindruckende Weise.<\/p>\n

Yeah! ear haben ein neues Album herausgebracht. Elysian Fields ist ganz anders als seine Vorg\u00e4nger, und trotzdem: ganz ear. Anders, weil \u00fcber die H\u00e4lfte der Songs f\u00fcr eine Theaterinszenierung geschrieben wurden. Ganz ear, weil G\u00fcnther Harder und Raphael Tschernuth sich treu bleiben: Straighte Songs, eindringliche, pure Arrangements. Gro\u00dfe Themen, viel Seele und dazu das richtige Ma\u00df an Distanz = jede Menge saugutes Kopfkino.<\/em><\/p>\n

[\/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]9 von 10 Punkten: ph\u00e4nomenal! …Ein weiterer positiver Apekt ist die Produktion. Hier wurde analog gearbeitet, was sich stark auf die W\u00e4rme und Nat\u00fcrlichkeit der Musik ausgewirkt hat. “Tell Me” ist schon jetzt eine der besten Blues-Platten des Jahres.<\/em><\/p>\n

Eine energiegeladene Scheibe zwischen Southern Rock, Blues, Soul und Rock & Roll mit einer der weltweit besten S\u00e4ngerinnen des Genres. Man merkt dem Album deutlich an, dass hier im Kern eine seit Jahren eingespielte Band am Werke ist. Diese Power, dieser dichte Bandsound war f\u00fcr meine Ohren auf den ebenfalls schon sehr guten Vorg\u00e4ngern noch nicht zu erleben. Mehr<\/a><\/p>\n
