A Streetcar Named Desire
The music

I composed the soundtrack for A Streetcar Named Desire together with actor and ear bandmate Günther Harder.

We wrote several original pieces and performed the songs and the music live on stage in every show.

The atmospheric score is centered on piano, guitar and vocals and was released as the album called Elysian Fields.

“The alternation between dynamic scenes and scenes that stop time, together with the live music by Günther Harder and Raphael Tschernuth, makes the production as gripping as it is moving. […] A fascinating ending to an excellent production.”

“Into this silent opening march two very cool, studiedly casual guys, straight across the stage, and take their places at piano and guitar, front left – the musicians Günther Harder and Raphael Tschernuth, who later switch into the roles of Steve and Pablo and back to the music.”
